With 25 years of experience in strategic selling and management, Brendan is an accomplished Vice President of Sales, leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional growth and customer satisfaction. Known for a dynamic approach to driving revenue, he has a proven track record of developing and executing innovative sales strategies that consistently exceed goals.

Throughout his career, Brendan has worked across many industries including Healthcare, Hi-Tech, CPG, Finance and Retail, honing expertise in building relationships, refining sales processes, and fostering long-term partnerships. He excels at identifying emerging market trends and leveraging data-driven insights to shape sales initiatives that deliver tangible results.

Brendan is a passionate mentor, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented sales culture within the teams he has led. His leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving both top-line and bottom-line success for the companies he has have served.

Prior to joining Andiron, Brendan held leadership roles at StrataTech Education Group and Wilson Learning, where he drove significant sales achievements and contributed to the organizations’ long-term success. His leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in today’s competitive landscape.

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Minor in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of San Francisco. He resides in California with his wife, kids and dog. Outside of work Brendan enjoys music, reading and a wide range of outdoor activities including surfing, skiing, hiking and camping.
