Annabel Esman is a Senior Faculty and Coach at Andiron and a partner at The Way Over, an international leadership development organization. Her key focus is on empowering clients to develop the practices and deeper personal inquiry that facilitate transformative leadership.
Through program design, workshop facilitation, and 1:1 coaching she supports the expansion that is foundational to generative personal and team leadership.
Annabel is a certified Key Polarity Indicator™ practitioner and coach for The Leadership Circle™. She has an MA in Applied Spirituality and BA in German and Italian. She speaks mother-tongue English and fluent Dutch.
