She earned a Ph.D. in Organization Studies from the University at Albany (SUNY) and a B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University. She holds an Executive Certificate in Navigating Polarities from Georgetown University and certifications in the Andiron Key Polarity Indicator™ and Polarity Navigator®, and the Korn Ferry Leadership Suite.
