He brings more than two decades of experience across the financial services ecosystem, including leadership roles within credit unions, national trade associations, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with executive teams and boards to facilitate strategic conversations, develop leadership capability, and strengthen organizational alignment. Clients value his ability to bridge perspectives, surface underlying tensions, and help leaders translate ideas into practical action.

Chad regularly facilitates executive programs and leadership workshops and serves as a coach and advisor to leaders navigating change, growth, and strategic inflection points. He is a certified practitioner of the Key Polarity Indicator for leaders and teams, and loves to find creative and impactful ways to bring “Both/And” thinking into teams and organizations.
He has designed and delivered leadership development programs for executives across North America, Africa, South America, and Europe, and his work has earned multiple industry awards for innovation in leadership development. He holds a BA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and lives with his family in Wisconsin.
