More About Rachael Clarke

As a Neuroscientist and Physiologist, Rachael understands how to co-create conditions for people to thrive. Building from first principles, creating safe havens for growth, and removing barriers to understanding have been core to Rachael’s impact as a skilled business partner, strategist and coach over the last 15 years.

With experience in senior leadership roles merging Compliance, Learning and Development and Sustainability, Rachael leads with a focus on the practical and an emphasis on creating inclusive spaces and experiences people want to be a part of.  As the Global Head of Employee Engagement and Education for a large biopharma, she introduced social learning academies and mentoring programs for subject matter experts, and worked to change the conversation about Compliance with award winning campaigns focused on empowering decision making. Her work developing mentoring skills for healthcare professionals during the pandemic strengthened her desire to use coaching and sensemaking tools as a force for good.

Rachael holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience (Neuroimmunology) and a BA. Mod in Natural Sciences (Physiology) from Trinity College Dublin. A lifelong learner, she is an credentialed member of the EMCC, has advanced Diplomas in Statistics and Leadership coaching and certifications in Executive Presence, Emotional Intelligence, and the Neuroscience of Change and Resilience.

Rachael serves on the board of the Mayo Rape Crisis Centre, a non-profit for those affected by sexual violence, and has recently taken up floristry and trampolining (not at the same time).  Moving back to Ireland in 2019 to be closer to friends and family, she lives along the Wild Atlantic Way with dog Pogue and cat Moët.
