Andiron will consider cancellation requests and provide refunds within 30 days of purchase, as listed below:
- Product not started: Receive a refund of 100% course cost, minus 10% administration fee
- Product partially complete: Receive a refund of 50-75% course cost, minus 10% administration fee
- Product completed: Not eligible for refund
