She has been in the Organizational Development field for over 25 years and has developed a diverse set of skills across multiple human resource disciplines. She has successfully led strategic change initiatives and executed the design, development and implementation of learning and development solutions created to optimize human performance effectiveness. She has provided coaching, mentoring, and guidance for leaders at all levels within an organization. Amy has spent her time consulting in the transportation, financial services, creative arts, technology consulting, pharmaceutical, biotech and outsourcing industries. Amy enjoys being outdoors walking her dog Birger, hiking, riding her bike and dancing. She is a certified JourneyDance® Facilitator (a somatic healing practice) as well as a SoulCollage® Facilitator (an intuitive collage practice encouraging self-discovery and connecting with one’s own wisdom as they navigate life). She loves to challenge her creative side by trying new ways to express herself through art. She dabbles in paper quilling, stained glass, fused glass, watercolor, eco-printing, plasma cutting, and felt making.
