Bob is a client-focused leadership and organization development consultant and facilitator, leadership coach, and therapist with expertise in leadership and team development, conflict resolution, organizational change management and talent management processes. He partners with clients by utilizing a structured process for goal development, needs discovery and creation of customized interventions that produce improved organizational effectiveness.
Bob earned an M.S. in Clinical Counseling and an M.S. in Organization Development & Strategic Human Resources from the Johns Hopkins University. He is a certified Leadership Coach by Linkage Inc. Bob facilitates individual and group administration of Crucial Conversations workshops, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Strong Interest Inventory (SII), Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), DiSC, PDI PROFILOR and the Lominger VOICES 360 management assessments.
