Dionne Galloway is a skilled strategist, organization and leadership development practitioner, and coach with over 15 years’ experience in both the public and private sector. She has spent the better part of the last 7 years of her career working with leaders at all levels to enhance their potential, make lasting change and achieve organizational and career goals and objectives at various organizations.
Dionne holds an Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership from Georgetown University, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism—with a concentration in advertising, from Howard University in the District of Columbia. She also serves as Programs Officer on the BA Women’s Alliance Board of Directors, and is certified in the Key Polarity Indicator tool through Andiron. Dionne is a wife and mother of two, and currently resides in Northern Virginia.
