Certified Polarity Navigators confidently coach and facilitate others to navigate polarities under patterns of behavior in a way that pulls through Both/And learning and leads sustained action.

Polarity Navigator® Certification is designed to train and certify individuals in the use of The Polarity Navigator, our polarity sensemaking tool. This Certification is based on our practical approach to polarities that explores identity transformation, the Third Way as a mindset, and the role of Vulnerability in navigating polarities.  

You will learn Andiron’s practical 5-step approach to Navigating Polarities: Analyzing, Mapping, Exploring, Acting, and Monitoring and how to use the Polarity Navigator tool to expand Both/And thinking for individuals and teams in a way that leads to transformation. The program is delivered on Zoom.  

Program Objectives

Upon completing our one-day program, you will be certified in the Polarity Navigator® Tool and Andiron’s actionable 5-step approach to Navigating Polarities: Analyzing, Mapping, Exploring, Acting, and Monitoring.

Our certification course will enable you to:

• Determine if, and when, a situation requires the use of a Both/And lens
• Identify stages and symptoms of Suffering Paradox to diagnose polarities
• Understand how polarities drive patterns of behaviour that impact effectiveness
• Coach others through the creation of a Polarity Navigator to make sense of, and better navigate, polarities
• Facilitate the steps of Navigating Polarities: Analyze, Map, Explore, Act, & Monitor
• Help others identify a Third Way mindset and create practical actions and strategies
• Work with others to explore the vulnerability required to expand into a Both/And mindset
• Be eligible to advance to KPI Certification

ICF Credits

• This course qualifies for 4 hours of Core Competencies and 9 hours of Resource Development CEUs.

• Register and get pre-approved
• Complete Pre-Certification e-learning content (3 hour)
• Attend Certification Training (8 hours)
• Complete Practice Client Assignment & Reflection Paper (2 hours)
• CONGRATULATIONS! You are now a Certified Polarity Navigator!
